I give my consent to the Indiana 4-H Foundation, to use the above(or attached stories) and/or photos(s) for any reasonable purpose including but not limited to press releases, marketing materials, presentations, and website testimonials without acknowledgment and without being entitled to compensation for such use. Additionally, I authorize the use, reproduction, and electronic posting of any and all photographs, video, or electronic recording taken by the Indiana 4-H Foundation or provided to the Indiana 4-H Foundation in conjunction with this story and/or photos. I also grant the Indiana 4-H Foundation the right to make changes that do not substantially alter the meaning of said stories.
The undersigned hereby releases the Indiana 4-H Foundation, its officers, directors and assigns from any and all liability, costs, or damages resulting from the use of the items described above for the purposes described herein.
